Bliss Cleaning Co. is a locally owned Indigenous family business founded by husband and wife team Jade and Jonathan Phillips.

As parents to four children three boys and one girl family has always been at the heart of everything we do.

What began as a small cleaning business has grown into a trusted local business servicing homes, workplaces, builders, and businesses across Albury Wodonga and surrounding communities.

Built on strong family values, hard work, and genuine relationships, Bliss Cleaning Co. has grown primarily through word of mouth, long-term client relationships, and trusted local referrals.

Meet Jade

Jade is the driving force behind the day to day operations of Bliss Cleaning Co.

With a background as a Second in Charge in the childcare industry, she brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for caring for people.

Known for her determination and hands on approach, Jade has played a key role in growing Bliss from a small family venture into a thriving local business. She is passionate about creating opportunities for staff, supporting local communities, and ensuring every client receives the level of service Bliss is known for.

Meet Jonathan

Jonathan brings extensive leadership experience to Bliss Cleaning Co., having previously worked supervisor roles on the railway industry and as a police officer.

As a proud Indigenous business owner, Jonathan is passionate about building a business that reflects integrity, respect, and community. His practical approach, leadership skills, and commitment to high standards have helped shape the culture and values that Bliss is built on today.

Jonathan works closely with builders, commercial clients, and specialised projects, while continuing to support the growth and development of the team.
